Brett

Brett is a pair of vessel basins, one round and one square, each at 30cm and 40cm. The 30cm basins have matching ceramic pedestals, round or square, so the basin can stand on its own column rather than on a worktop.

What is in the Brett collection

The four listings are the round vessel basin, the square vessel basin, the round pedestal for the 30cm basin and the square pedestal for the 30cm basin. The pedestals are made with provision for a wall outlet or a floor outlet. Basins and pedestals come in white, an easy-clean white and matt glazes including white, black, grey and burgundy, so the two can match or contrast.

Choosing Brett

At 30cm on a pedestal, Brett makes a small freestanding basin for a cloakroom, a WC or a dressing room. It takes very little floor and keeps the walls clear. The 40cm basins sit on a worktop or washstand and give a little more bowl for a guest bathroom.

Round or square is a matter of the room. A round bowl softens a room of straight lines. A square bowl suits square tiles and flat-fronted joinery.

Before you order

A vessel basin needs a tall mixer or a wall-mounted spout; on a pedestal, a wall spout usually looks best. Decide the outlet before ordering the pedestal, as the wall and floor versions differ. Check on the specification sheet whether the basin has an overflow, and choose the waste to match. See vessel and countertop basins, taps and mixers and fittings and wastes.
