If you find a product we sell on offer for less from another UK supplier, tell us and we will match that price.
When our price promise applies
We check every claim against four conditions. The product must be identical to ours: same model, size, finish and fittings. The other supplier must have it in stock now, not on a long lead time. It must be available for delivery to you or for collection. And the comparison is made on the total you would pay, so their delivery charge counts as part of their price.
A matched price cannot be combined with a discount code or any other promotion.
How to claim under the price promise
Email hello@bathurstandco.co.uk or call 01449 711782 before you place your order. We will need the name and code of our product, the other supplier’s name, their price and product code, and a link to the page where it is offered. If the claim meets the conditions above we will put the order through at the matched price.
Our price promise sits alongside your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which a matched price does not change. If you are unsure whether an item qualifies for the price promise, call 01449 711782 before you order.
