Toilet seats are made for a particular pan, so ours are listed by collection. There are twelve: slim soft-close seats for Orwell, Stour, Deben and Blyth; standard slim seats for Orwell and Stour; a Deben seat; soft-close seats for Framsden, Thornham and Debenham; a Framsden standard seat; and a Lark soft-close seat and cover in white.

Choosing a seat

Match the collection first, then the glaze. The contemporary slim seats follow the pans’ glazes: Orwell and Stour run to matt black, grey, burgundy, hazel and brown, and Deben to matt white, black or grey. A soft-close hinge lowers the seat slowly and stops it banging, which most people now expect.

The period seats have hinges in chrome, gold or bronze, so they can match the flush lever and taps. The Framsden seats also come in walnut, and the Thornham soft-close seat in white, glossy black and matt glazes. If the hinges on a Thornham seat ever need replacing, spare hinges are listed.

Before you order

Check the seat is listed for your pan. Seats from one collection will not necessarily fit a pan from another, even where the shapes look close. If you are replacing a seat on an existing WC, give us the pan name or a photograph.
